    Hi,

    There are issues with your website, I am unable to login via your quadmenu and also I am getting this notice on my backend

    Hello, your license has expired. You can still access premium features for 7 more days. Renew now to avoid losing them.

    But when I click the renew link it says the product is out of stock!!?

    The message you’re seeing is related to an update in our product model. As of May 31, 2023, we have transitioned from a one-time purchase model to a subscription-based model. To renew and maintain access to updates and support, you’ll need to purchase a new subscription, as one-time purchases are no longer available.

    Hi, Thanks for your reply.

    I am wondering is that even legal, surely I purchased the 1 time license with terms stating it was valid for a lifetime.. no?

    Also you didn’t refer to your website not working (the quadmenu and I am currently unable to renew the licensee as stated above), please can you let me know, thankyou!

    The original purchase provides lifetime access to the plugin’s updates and premium features. The only component that is tied to a subscription is the premium support, which is renewed annually. You will continue to receive automatic updates and have access to premium features as part of your original purchase.

    Hi,

    So where can I download the updates from please?

    Your website is a nightmare, still I am having problems (seems you have removed your own login popup from the menu) and I am unable to login from the login page, I enter my saved email and password and I am told “Invalid username or email.” and the same thing when I enter my email and attempt to reset the password!????


    When I attempt to download direct from admin plugins page it tells me:

    Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Your plugin license has expired. Please visit your account to renew your license or purchase a new one from our website.

    Very disappointed am having so many problems here, I hope to hear from you with a reply soon, thank you!

    Also the logout button from your quadmenu no longer works and gives this error

    Very upset I have had to reply to my queries, and without a subscription (which I dont need as I have access to pro downloads still) I am unable to auto update, I have just uploaded the updated file and my changes to the login are overwritten, so please can you tell me how I can update without having all these issues.

    Also I am still unable to login to your website using your login from the main menu on your site 🙁 Very sad to see still after all this time.

    Also the logout buttons from the mainmenu makes a critical wordpress error (shows the critical wp error page) and doesn’t log the user out, very disappointed how many issues I am having, please get in touch, many thanks!

    I am still facing these issues, just attempted quadmenu pro update via wp admin plugins and received the following errors:

    I am still getting this message at the top of the admin on everypage

    I would please like to get rid of it.

    Also can you confirm I now have to manually update everytime? As the auto update is still failing.
