Hi, as you noted that SLB was working without issue yesterday, did you make any changes/updates to WordPress (WordPress update, plugin installation/updates, etc.) or your server settings, such as PHP version/configuration, Apache version/configuration, .htaccess configuration changes (which can be made by other plugins), etc.

Such changes are a likely cause for an error like this to appear abruptly. Determining what changed is the best way to avoid such errors in the future.

As for clearing the error, I would recommend logging in to your server via FTP and deleting Simple Lightbox’s folder in the site’s plugins directory. You can reinstall the plugin once you’ve confirmed the server is properly configured.

Please provide the following information and I would be glad to take a closer look and test for any compatibility issues with your configuration:

    • WordPress version
    • PHP Version
    • Apache Version
