Issues with WordPress SEO

    Updated to 4.4.0 and the plugin stopped working. So, I did the following:

    – Disabled custom formatting
    – Enabled compatibility mode

    Neither fixed the issue, so I disabled all other plugins which made the plugin work. Then I re-enabled one by one and found the issue was the WordPress SEO plugin.

    I dug in and found the plugin itself was not the issue, but enabling the XML sitemap breaks the Shortcodes Ultimate plugin. I disabled this feature and we are back in business.

    Thought I’d post this for anyone else using WordPress SEO and having issues to get your plugin working.

    You will still need to complete the following steps with Shortcodes Ultimate:

    – Disabled custom formatting
    – Enabled compatibility mode
