Issues with winning bidder & their email

    Hi there,

    I’ve got a weird issue with the winning bidder. So we ran our first auction, as you can see in the screengrab the winners details set on the right are different to the winning bidder in the bidders list.

    Any ideas why or how that could’ve happened??

    Was the auction still accepting bids after it closed? Maybe the cron job in the backend did not execute and update the backend. Can you visit the auction on the front end, refresh the page and then check the backend once?

    Well that was the only scenario I could think of… could time zones come into play? Leaving it closed for some & open for others?
    I did what you said, the Auction is closed & there was nothing of note in the backend, let me know if there’s something specific you wanted me to look for.
