Issues with widget alignment

    Hi,
    I’m trying to align the rating widget content to right (rtl) but when trying to add css for it, the content looks corrupted and suddenly a small arrows appear in every line of the rating and the spaces are not equel.
    This is the css I’m adding:
    .rw-ui-control.rw-ui-content-recommendations.rw-dir-ltr {
    direction: rtl;
    }

    When trying to play with the css still getting those arrows on the site that changes the appearance. Please see a print screen:

    How can I fix this appearance please?
