Issues with WC 3.0

Here are some more details to be able to replicate the issue:

So we have the following use case.
There are variable digital products: http://i.imgur.com/nHmNW6t.jpg
each variations has a downloadable file attached: http://i.imgur.com/eQVAd8o.jpg

With WC 3.0 if Refersion is not activated, after purchasing a product like that the downloadable file is attached to the order:
http://i.imgur.com/0K5B5I0.jpg -> and this is the correct behaviour

But when Refersion is activated, no downloadable file is attached to the order: http://i.imgur.com/7IsIFlk.jpg
