Issues with uploading media files, WP 3.7.1

I need some help here. I too have fallen victim to the media uploading issue other people have had problems with running 3.7.1.

My main site – animejamsession.com isn’t having that problem anymore, I followed the directions to turn off all plugins and do a manual install.

My second and third sites – djranmas.net and bcs.animejamsession.com is having that media upload problem. I did follow the directions to deactivate plugins and manual install and it did not work.

The third site (bcs.animejamsession.com), I’ve wiped out WP and did a full install of 3.7 and 3.7.1 with the problem still there. I am pondering to go down to 3.6 or jump to the 3.8 and trying that again. This site is new, so I don’t mind wiping it out and starting from scratch to make sure that site is functioning.

But my second site, I need help getting the media uploading feature to work because I do upload photoshoots to that site. Any help is greatly needed.
