Issues with Quick Cache

  • I’ve been having issues with Quick Cache. First, I couldn’t get into my site because of an infinite loop caused by it. My host provider disabled it and I uninstalled it. Now it appears that it isn’t completely uninstalled because this shows up at the bottom of the source of my page:

<!– This Quick Cache file was built for ( http://www.homeschoolwithlove.com/ ) in 1.75812 seconds, on May 21st, 2013 at 12:20 am UTC. –>
<!– This Quick Cache file will automatically expire ( and be re-built automatically ) on May 21st, 2013 at 1:20 am UTC –>

How can I completely clear out Quick Cache from my blog?

  • Install it again, uninstall it, then it will be gone. The morons at your hosting company just DELETED it 😉

Edit: Disable the last menu item about safeguarding settings upon deactivation.
