# Issues with Pro version

 * For some reason I can’t access my site dashboard. When I send reset email and
   click on link later to create new password it says link has expired. Please help
   me fix that.
 * Also I have an issue with ads appearing where I select not to appear as you can

 * Advanced Ads does not change anything related to the WordPress authentication
   process.
 * Can you please try if deactivating Advanced Ads or using the “disable all ads
   in the frontend” option at _Advanced Ads > Settings > General_ brings any changes?
   If disabling the plugin helps to solve this, I assume an interaction with another
   plugin interfering with the authentication process.
 * If deactivating all ad units brings a change, then an ad code you’re using might
   be involved in this issue.
 * I also recommend testing this with the help of [the Health Check plugin](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/).

 * The ads appearing on your website are Google Auto Ads. These are coming either
   coming from a manually placed AdSense verification code or your connection between
   Advanced Ads and AdSense at _Advanced Ads > Settings >AdSense. _
