    Hi,
    Protected posts are not visible to logged-in users.
    I updated the plugin, but still the same.

    It says “You need to login to view this content. Please Login. Not a Member? Join Us”. Even if you login, it still does not show the protected post, and keeps showing the same message.

    I’ve been using your cool plugin for over a year and it started to happen recently, about 3 months ago.

    Please let me know about it. Thanks.

    Hi, are you trying to view a post or page content while logged in as admin?

    I just tryed, and this is what it happen:
    (1) Same message appears.
    (2) Then when I clicked on “Please login”
    (3) It showed a white page with this message:

    Warning! The Simple Membership plugin can not process this access request to prevent you from accidentally disconnecting as a WP administrator.

In this browser you have accessed the site as an administrator user. First, close the session as a WP administrator and then you can access as a member.

As an alternative, you can use a different browser (where you have not logged in as an administrator) to test the membership login.

Your visitors or normal members will never see this message. This message is ONLY for the administrator user.

    I think you didn’t understand the problem I am experiencing.

    The problem is: Protected posts are not visible to logged-in users, ALL the users, not just me.
    Am I clear?
    This wasn`t happening before, until now.

    Maybe I can give you a username and password to show you what’s going on

    Yes you are correct, I did not read your question correctly. My apologies.

    Did you also enable Category protection?

    You also mentioned the following. What has changed in your site? Did you install a new plugin? Did you update other plugins? You might also like to read the following troubleshooting steps.

    This wasn`t happening before, until now.

    Did you also enable Category protection?

    No, I did not.

    I tryed the “Test for Plugin and Theme Conflict Before Posting an Issue or a Bug” as you suggested, the problem is still there.

    What has changed in your site? Did you install a new plugin?

    Nothing changed, only posting more protected or unprotected posts

    Can you login and see what happens?

    I think maybe the problem is that the login system is not working… can it be possible?
