Issues with PolyLang

    I’ve downloaded PolyLang, but I can’t get any languages to be added. I found another posting that recommended disabling all plugins, set theme to Twenty Fifteen, and tried to add languages. Keeps giving “impossible to add the language” each time. Any help would be appreciated.

    Could you repair your database? Then try to add your languages.
    Does it work?

    Tried that for all three Terms-related tables. Get back message that “The storage engine for the table doesn’t support repair”

    Could you contact your host provider to forward this notice/problem with your database?

    No idea, it’s the first time I see this notice. I’m not very competent with the issue database.

    Thanks. I had googled this before posting on here, and saw some instances where others had received this error. Found that if I change the Engine, I can repair it, and then I changed it back. Still fails.
