  • A few things that need to be addressed in order for me to give this 5 stars

    1. I purchased the email notification add-on, installed it, but it is not recognized by the main plugin
    2. Need ability to adjust field labels and drop down categories
    3. need ability to embed the create ticket public form into other pages
    4. standalone without needing all the other functions with it.

    sorry for the very late reply. With our release of yesterday, we fixed the problem with Categories.

    What is the issue you are having with the Notification add-on?
