    I have purchased the paid version of the plugin. I tried emailing support through your website on Monday and have not received a response yet. I really like this plugin, but I’m running into problems with my file and I have not been able to identify the problem and was hoping someone could help. Please let me know if you can take a look at my file and who I should email.

    Here is what I said in my email:
    I tried uploading a CSV file that I created from an excel file. It seems like the plugin is only processing the header row because when I upload it, it will say 9 rows processed and then it will say 9 rows dropped, there are 10 rows in the file I’m testing to upload. I tried creating a csv file from scratch with dummy information to see if I could get that to work so it appears that the problem is coming from my excel file, but I haven’t been able to identify that problem. I cannot create the CSV file from scratch as there are over 5,000 rows of information that needs to be uploaded.

    Thank you for your purchase. You should have got an email from me straight after purchase as I always send the latest build in attachment.

    What did you use to contact me exactly?

    It is best you use however if your .csv file is not already public data you can contact me directly and I’ll check your file plus discuss any other aspects of your project.

    You should know that I’m currently working on 8.0.0. Still another two weeks work then it will be ready for use. You can however request a copy at anytime if your keen.
