I have purchased the paid version of the plugin. I tried emailing support through your website on Monday and have not received a response yet. I really like this plugin, but I’m running into problems with my file and I have not been able to identify the problem and was hoping someone could help. Please let me know if you can take a look at my file and who I should email.
Here is what I said in my email:
I tried uploading a CSV file that I created from an excel file. It seems like the plugin is only processing the header row because when I upload it, it will say 9 rows processed and then it will say 9 rows dropped, there are 10 rows in the file I’m testing to upload. I tried creating a csv file from scratch with dummy information to see if I could get that to work so it appears that the problem is coming from my excel file, but I haven’t been able to identify that problem. I cannot create the CSV file from scratch as there are over 5,000 rows of information that needs to be uploaded.
