Issues with Multi Browser Compatability

I can get audio bar to work on Google Chrome but not in Firefox or IE. Not sure what the deal is.

Things to note: I have turned all of my plugins off to see if this corrects the issue. It doesn’t (one of those plugins is Jetpack). I am also using pagelines frameworks.
