    Hi, we are having 2 issues with the form located at the home page: atlantikos.com.br

    1. Only in mobile, it’s not showing the msg. after sign up and redirecting user to mailpoet page. In the setting i have enabled the msg. and strangely in PC its showing.

    2. Depending on the mobile size, the heading text in the form breaks the word in the middle of it which is horrible for user experience. How can it only break the full word instead of any random letter?

    I’m really sorry for the delay. It looks like for some reason we overlooked this topic when working on forums.

    Here are the answers to each request:

    I tested it on my Android phone and it seems to be working. Have you already fixed this? If not, can you please let me know what Device and OS version you are using?

    I see what you mean. This is not an issue with MailPoet itself. Some CSS code is adding this: word-wrap: break-word; which is causing the words to break. Although assistance with code is a bit outside the scope of our support, can you please give the following code a try?

    Please add it to the field found in WP Admin > Appearence > Customize > Additional CSS.

    As for requests 3 and 4 above, I see that the mail input and the send button are already centered and the form is already translated to Portuguese. So I guess you’ve already sorted this, right?

    Hi, sorry for the late reply. For some reason I didnt get the notification in my email.

    1, 2 and 4. Fixed!

    3. No, please check different PC screen widths, you’ll see that it doesnt get fixed in the middle.

    5. Check the form in this page: https://www.atlantikos.com.br/formulario-receitas/

    There is a link to our “privacy policies” page below the submit button that was set to be in white color in the form editor. But the text is in the same color as the background of the form so it gets hidden.

    This is happening to all forms and we are struggling to change the color of it with css.

    Is there a set up for “link colors” somewhere that we are missing? How can we change this text to white?

    6. We need users in checkout to be automatically inserted to one of our lists when the opt-in the checkbox.

    The settings says that if the user opt-ins he will go to the “wordpress customers” list. But apparently all customers go to that list right?

    We have a sales list already and want the users that check in the checkout field to go to that list.

    I know there is an option for the user to check the list he want to go but that will make the checkout confusing.

    Is there a solution?

    1. Actually, not fixed. We tried here in 1 android and 1 iphone and it is still redirecting to “not robot” confirmation page.

    How can we fix this?

    7. If a registered user unsubscribe in one of our cart reminder emails and that user is also registered in one of our lists. Will he/she be also unsubscribed from other email lists?

    I’ll answer some of the questions you have that can be also found in our Knowledge Base, so we can focus later on investigating the issue with your form.

    ​If you’re referring to the WooCommerce checkout, please note that all the customers will be automatically added to the default WooCommerce Customers list. If you’d like to also add them to an extra list, you can do that by going to the MailPoet > Settings > WooCommerce tab.

    ​No, they will only get 1 email. MailPoet doesn’t send duplicates unless you’re manually duplicating the email and sending it to different lists.

    ​If they unsubscribe using the “Unsubscribe” link from the newsletter you sent to them, they will be unsubscribed from all the lists they’re added to.

    ​I believe the width is already set to 100%, however, you’re using a 2-column layout and it seems the columns are not spread across the whole width.

    ​This could be fixed by setting the width to 50% for each column in the Form Editor. Can you please try to do that and let us know if it works?
