Issues with font and sidebar

Hi
I just need some assistance with my blog. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my blog but seem to get the same problems happening. The font is coming out as Times New Roman instead of Arial? and the sidebar fint is way to big and is also Times New Roman instead of Arial…
Would any one know how to fix this ..
