Issues with Divi theme

Hello

When I insert [toc] manually in pages, the plug-in works fine. It also works well here. On https://www.philsimon.com/blog, however, the plug-in stops working after a few minutes. I click on the ToC elements and nothing happens.

I run the Divi theme.
