• I was initially very happy with this plugin for the easiness to set it up. However, I found out, in the worst way possible (through an angry customer) that the subtotal calculation in the cart was completely different of the price displayed in the product page. It was calculating as double all the time because it was adding not only the bundle but also the individual products to the cart. Also, it was applying a discount over an already discounted price. It was not making any sense.

It took me a while to finally understand that the default settings were causing all these problems. I don’t think the default settings are according to the “common practice” of the merchants and can be extremely misleading and disruptive of the business as it happened to me. I would advise the support team to really consider better default settings.

    Hi @ccabecad ,

For your information, this is possibly not a problem occured within our plugin, but rather a conflict with an external plugin on your site. It can be a dynamic pricing or discount plugin that interferes with the pricing and discount settings within our plugin.

We can confirm this in almost every reported case of incorrect subtotal/total on the cart page. The prices on the bundle product pade is correct and only incorrect once the bundle is added to the cart because the other external plugin has influence over the cart and checkout pages.

You can check by deactivating all other plugins, only keep WooCommerce and our plugin activated on your site to check the prices and total. Then you can reactivate others one by one to find the source of the conflict.

In some cases, if that is not a plugin, then probably the theme or template, especially the block-based theme/editor would cause this because they treat the subproducts inside bundle as individual products and count their prices into the final total. This only happens on the cart page on.

You can confirm on your own on our live demo here: https://demo.wpclever.net/woosb/. All the prices and total are correct since we only have a clean installation of WooCommerce and our WPC plugin, with WPCstore theme and the classic cart/checkout pages.

There are some recent cases from uses and they have confirmed what I said above. You can check out one of those threads to be sure: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/serious-error-in-shopping-cart-total-sum/

You can kindly test further following the steps above to be sure.

    Best regards.
