Issues with Cart Display

It seems like the plugin is working properly on the checkout page by determining the correct radius, but on the cart page it does not look for radius, so it displays all the time.

I would like to be able to display shipping rates on the cart page, but if the radius is determined not to be in range should it not also be hidden on the cart page?
