# Issues with bbPress forums

 * I am using WordPress 5.3 and bbPress 2.6.1.
 * I have an issue where one of the pages that lists all the forums has out of date“
   freshness”. If I delete the cache and regen the page it shows the correct freshness.
 * Is there anyway O can alter the need to delete the cache because I would like
   freshness to be accurate all the time.
 * I have checked my cache restrictions and it is set to:
 * **Disable caching for logged in visitors. (Recommended)**
 * This implies to me that it shouldn’t be an issue. But it is.
 * Thanks for your advice.
