Issues with Astra Theme custom

    Hi there!

    We are having issues with “PDF Invoices & Packing Slips” using our custom Astra Theme. As you can see in the attached images, recently, when using our custom Astra Theme, we are unable to see Invoices correctly either in the plugin preview (shows 200:OK message) or when clicking on order list to generate a new invoice (invoice without styles and logo).

    I have tried changing the site theme (using Twenty Twenty-Five and Astra Theme) and then the issue disappears…

    WordPress version: 6.8.2
    Child theme created with: Child Theme Configurator.

    Hi @m2maplicaciones,

    Could you check the WooCommerce logs to see if there are errors with the wpo-wcpdf or fatal-errors prefix?

    If so, please share the logs with us. You’ll find the logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    It appears your custom Astra theme is applying or modifying resources globally, like CSS or JS files that are applied everywhere, and it causes conflicts with other plugin resources like ours. Could you also check that in your custom theme?

    Hi Mohamad! Thanks for your fast reply.

    After reading your answer what I did was create a new child theme based on Astra, and then I copied CSS, functions.php and so on into the new folder, and now Invoices are working perfect again.

    It’s quite extrange, cause I am using the same code… anyway, it worked!
