# Issues With Accepting Comments

 * I installed this plugin just this week and had three people tell me they couldn’t
   comment because it said they hadn’t entered all of their information. I went 
   and tested it myself logged out and using my test information and it accepted
   mine with no problem.
 * Then when my post went live I had another four people tell me the same thing.
   I’m thinking it has to be some security setting in the plugin but I didn’t have
   everything turned on so I can’t figure out what it could be.
 * I deactivated the plugin to make sure this was the issue and all seven of them
   were able to place their comment with no problem.
 * Does anyone have any suggestion as to what the issue might be? I sure appreciate
   your support.

 * Cache Assistance just recently have seen a few issues. We are going back to the
   drawing board with cache and doing a rewrite. I feel its in the best interest
   to everyone. Sorry
