# Issues Verifying Connection

 * I am working on migrating from ADI to NADI. Everything seems to have migrated
   over, but I am unable to verify the connection.
 * What username and password am I supposed to enter? I have tried credentials that
   are in our AD but that does not seem to work. Our IT team also does not know 
   where to start with the issue.

 * you have to enter the credentials of an Active Directory user account with read
   permissions to the Active Directory users data. You can also check the nadi-debug.
   log file for the error which occurs when you are trying to verify you connection.
   The file is located within the next-active-directory-integration/logs folder.
