Issues using BackupBuddy to backup site

    Hello,

    I have been using Backupbuddy for years now and it works with the majority of Plugins. Since I installed AIO WP Security I have been able to backup my site. I already try support with Backupbuddy and they referred me to you.

    Is there someone familiar with this two plugins working together?
    Who can help me troubleshoot the issue?

    I really like both plugins and I wouldn’t like to discard any of them.

    Have you enabled any advanced security features of our plugin? If you turn them off, does the backup work?

    In addition to the above questions, please provide more info.
    What is the exact behaviour your are seeing?
    What are the logs produce by backup buddy?
    Are there any log entries in your server log file?
