 * I have installed this plugin to allow customers to view invoices and and also
   view receipts
 * I have tried to upload receipts but having no joy.
 * when I try to upload, I via classic upload (drag and drop) I get the error:
 * >An error happened while uploading your file: Unable to create directory POD/
   59267bcbd7384a9f59184e3dd2efbbb2. Is its parent directory writable by the server?
 * and If I upload from FTP I get the error:
 * >receipt.jpg – An error happened while copying ASAP-Delivery.jpg from the FTP
   folder
 * Any help rectifying this would be much appreciated 🙂

 * I also got an error in the settings page ‘private files’ telling me that the
   folder was not secure and clicked the button to secure it. I not get, at the
   top of the screen:
 * Warning: mkdir(): Read-only file system in /homepages/8/d692312546/htdocs/folder/

 * Hi,
 * I guess you should check the permissions you have granted to that folder. If
   you want the plugin to try to secure that folder for you, it must be allowed
   to write a file `.htaccess` in that folder.
 * Kindly note that we are a bit less active on this forum, and usually provide
   support from the plugin website forum: [https://wp-customerarea.com/support](https://wp-customerarea.com/support)
 * Regards
