    have been reaching out to your team by email and phone for 3 days now! i am having a lot of issues processing orders on my site using klarna, i was told someone would call back and no one has

    i will remove klarna from my site tomorrow if this is not resolved by then

    Regarding the concern of recent, additional Pending Payment Woo orders for Klarna Payments, please see the post for “I have orders stuck as pending payment, what is wrong?” at https://docs.krokedil.com/article/288-klarna-payments-faq

    With v1.8.2 of the Woo Klarna Payments plugin, an order note is added to the Woo order so you can review the order details if desired. These Pending Payment orders are now expected with certain order flows, similar to the flow of other payment processors.

    Woo does support the functionality to auto-cancel Pending Payment orders based on the “Hold Stock” setting (under WooCommerce->Settings->Product->Inventory) if appropriate for your store.
