    Dear Support Team,

    We’ve recently encountered an issue with the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway after disabling legacy mode. It seems that users on mobile devices are encountering difficulties when attempting to make purchases using Ideal and credit cards. Specifically, after clicking on the purchase button, there is no response or action taken.

    This problem seems to be isolated to mobile devices, as desktop users are not experiencing the same issue. We’ve thoroughly tested our setup and can confirm that this issue persists across different mobile browsers.

    We rely heavily on the Stripe Payment Gateway for seamless transactions, and this disruption is impacting our customer experience and sales.

    We would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide to resolve this issue promptly.

    From what I gather, everything works as expected with the legacy mode enabled. Issues appear with Mobile Devices After Disabling Legacy Mode, though. Am I getting this?

    Could you please provide us with screenshots of the issue that appears, along with the Settings screen of the plugin, so that we can see what you are describing?

    Moreover, could you clarify if testing is already performed with either the classic or the block-based Checkout?

    Hi,

    1- We use classic checkout
    2- Unfortunately i can’t share any data at this moment!

    The main point here is how this system works without problems on desktop but not on mobile! Have you had a similar report before?

    That’s unusual, we haven’t had similar reports recently that I’m aware of. Let’s take some steps to troubleshoot this together.

    First off, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    We haven’t heard from you in a while; this is to check if you’ve been able to proceed with the troubleshooting steps provided before and if you still need help. Additionally, there was a recent update to the plugin last week, have you had a chance to update it and confirm everything works well on the most updated version?
