Hi @dimi1975,
Thanks for reaching out. Happy to help you with this!
This “Oops! Something went wrong” message can happen for a few different reasons. There are a couple of quick things that we can try to see if they might do the trick.
– Your site’s timezone setting must be set to something other than UTC+0 (WordPress > Settings > General)
– Your site’s “Site Title” must only contain standard ASCII (latin) letters (WordPress > Settings > General)
– Your site’s currency must be supported by Facebook
– Your pixel, catalog, and ad account must all be owned by the same Business Manager account.
Would you please check to make sure that these are all true? If so, we may need to reach out to Facebook directly to see if they can help out.
Thanks,
Marcus

Hi Markus, I just got info back from Facebook and here what they said: ”
I hope that you are well.
After further investigation, this issue that has occured is due to unsupported currency. The error occured due to your Woocommerce account saying that you are using unsupported currency.
I kindly recommend that you reach out to Woocommerce support in regards to this issue, as we do not have access to the tools which can help you.
I hope this helps, please let me know if you have any other queries. Thank you again for Commerce Facebook Concierge Support.

Hi Dimitrije,
Thank you for the reply.
I would not to be able to answer why it worked for two years and has now stopped. The information I provided came from our technical team.
I do however, believe that WooCommerce are able to assist you with the issue. If you are redirected back to us, you can reply to me and I will gladly help you further.
If you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to let me know.”
Hi @dimi1975,
Thank you for sharing this with me. One of the most common reasons for this error message is indeed related to unsupported currencies. You can find a list of supported currencies here:
https://www.facebook.com/business/help/151451521590943?id=738655959856647
Would you please tell me a little bit more about your store? What currency is set at the default in your WooCommerce settings?
Thanks,
Marcus
Hi Marcus, default currency is set to Serbian dinars and as I told guys from FB, it worked for two years with no problems. Must be that when an update came out, our currency got left out….
Hey @dimi1975,
Thank you for confirming this for me. It does look like this currency is not on the supported currency list.
I’m afraid it’s not really that it was left out after this time, rather that it wasn’t checked against at all in the last version (1.x). The new version (2.x) is much more secure and checks for a few additional things before connecting.
That being said, most merchants have been able to change the currency to a supported one (USD, CAD, GBP, EUR) temporarily to connect. Then, once connected, you should be able to switch it back.
Would you please give this a try and see if that works for you?
Thanks,
Marcus
It seams that it connecting worked Marcus! I have changed it to Euro, connected and now I reverted back to RSD but when products synced to the shop, all shop items converted to Euro….
Hi Marcus, I had to resync couple of times and now it is ok. Thank you
