Thanks for reaching out. I believe the website in consideration is the same one that we have discussed in past too. I just logged and in checked it but didn’t face the issues that you shared in the above post. One more thing, I have said this in past too, you have around 70 plugins activated on the site; I don’t know if you need so many of them. You are exposing the site to the risk of multiple plugins conflicting with each other and causing troubles for you.
So, please pick the plugins wisely. When you face any issues with WC Marketplace, try the below-mentioned steps first:
1. Update WooCommerce to latest version and check if it helps.
2. Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and WC Marketplace.
3. Switch to a theme that is build on WooCommerce standards. Storefront or basic WordPress themes.

Just now i deactivated wc marketplace plugin n my web is back to normal before i wrote you the above message.
Do you mean i can install the latest woocommerce 2.5 now with your latest plugin?

Yes, the latest version is compatible with WooCommerce 2.5X. Having said that, I cannot guarantee that you won’t face any issues after updating WooCommerce. There are 70+ plugins and there can conflicts with any of them. Do note that many plugins hurt the site even after you deactivate them. So, you need to keep a close eye before testing any plugin on the live site.
