 * Thanks, Nice plugin but it seems not working properly.
    – I cannot like/recommend
   from one IP address except for one time (It should be on user level not IP level
   or at least there should be an option to choose for this). – The heart icon doesn’t
   appear on IE neither Avant. – The text after the number of “Likes” doesn’t appear
   always!

    The plugin was created initially
   for my own use for a website voting mechanism. Hence I had used IP address as
   well to lock a users vote.
 * In next version I will add the option to disable this.
 * Regarding heart not appearing have you tested again in last 2 weeks?
