Any advice concerning the compatibilty btw wpml and this plugin ?

Thank you for reaching out to us!
I installed WPML on my end and created translations for a couple of posts and then re-ordered them in the default language (English). Then I switched the language and edited one of them. When I refreshed the posts page it did not changed their order. I reordered them manually and then switched back to English to see if the order there was changed, which it was not.
In short, I was unable to replicate this on my end. Is it possible maybe I missed a step?
Could you please give me step by step instructions so I can try to replicate this on my end?

Default lang = French
Article 1 ENGLISH i put in order 1 by drag&drop
Article 1 FRENCH is defined by default in order 2
I édit now the article 1 un FRENCH and save and then Article 1 ENGLISH is reorder 2 by default (default lang order)
Your plugin is not in the wpml compatibility according to the wpml support
I will send you a video capture
in other plugin like (Advanced Post Type Order) which does the same as your plugin, there is an option like that :
WPML Synchronize
Synchronize the order across all other languages. This will overwrite other languages sorting. For this to work, all other languages must contain the same translated objects.
Can we get the same for your plugin ? Where to change in the code to resolve this bug with wpml ?

Unfortunately I was unable to find the issue and I went ahead and opened a ticket for our development team so they can investigate further and address it in a future update.
I also mentioned the feedback regarding WPML Synchronize which is a great idea.

Hi now with the new wordpress 5.4 update the drag&drop in another language doesn’t work anymore…

I just checked this on my end, and it works to drag and drop posts/pages in another language (translated with WPML).
I recommend installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/
After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.
Go to its troubleshoot mode and only activate this plugin and WPML and see if this still happens with a default WordPress theme and no other plugins.

Hello it worked again after clicking on “reset order”
Do you know why after a moment the drag&drop doesn’t work anymore ?
When I drag&drop after a while the article goes on initial position after refreshing the page
Site health is by default activated now with the new wp 5.4 version, I can give you the feedback
