Hi @ballindigital ,
It seems that the images were not attached properly to your thread. I didn’t see any images. Please check it again.
Are you using any external plugin for generating the order confirmation email on your site? If you use the default one by WooCommerce then it should have no problem. I tested it and be sure about this on our test site.
I’ll wait for more information from your end.
Best regards.
Hi, apologies, here are the images:

We are using WooCommerce Email Template Customizer Premium by VillaTheme.
Hi @ballindigital ,
It seems that the main bundle line is hidden from the order details.
You can go to WPClever >> Product Bundles and choose No for this option: https://prnt.sc/OTR0trMKvhA6 >> Save changes. This will take effect on new orders afterwards.
If this doesn’t work, you might want to reach out to the author of the other plugin to ask for further help. Default WooCommerce and common plugin will display the bundle and subproducts according to the options properly.
Best regards.
Hi – it looks like we are already doing this?

Hi @ballindigital ,
From my guess, it seems that our plugin is not compatible with that plugin.
Since the total is correct, you can kindly consider a workaround:
- Leave it that way.
- Change to a different order confirmation and email plugin.
- Consult a developer from your end or reach out to the author of the other plugin.
Unfortunately, we do not have any technical support agent available on this forum to help you with technical issues like these. So I can only give some instructions.
Best regards.
Hello @janilyn409 ! This issue doesn’t have to do with emails really. The plugin is just inconsistent with how it displays the prices.
For instance, this screenshot is from the ‘thank-you’ page:

Instead of showing the bundle price, which is ~$60, it displays the regular price of these products.
However on the order admin page, the plugin adds a new item line with a negative value.
Can you please help us with this? It’s causing a lot of confusion to our customers.
Hi @ballindigital ,
As I stated in last reply, this is possibly an issue between our plugin and the PDF plugin on your site. We can’t fix the incompatibility issue from our end here.
You might want to consider changing to one of these plugins listed here: WPClever >> Product Bundles >> https://prnt.sc/URxgTm1Rk1H5. You can hide the main bundle from the order details and PDF invoice with these options to avoid the confusion for customers. These options can only work with two listed plugins.
The negative amount is the way our plugin used to offer discounts. If you find this confusing, you can try the above options.
Best regards.
Urgent: WPC Product Bundles Showing Incorrect Prices at Checkout – Unacceptable Customer Confusion
Hi WPC Support,
We’ve spent a significant amount of time debugging a serious issue caused by the WPC Product Bundles plugin, and it’s becoming unacceptable how support continues to deflect responsibility rather than addressing the root cause.
To be absolutely clear:
✅ The cart page calculates and displays the bundle price correctly.
❌ The checkout page and order confirmation email do not.
Instead of showing the correct bundle price, it itemizes the full, undiscounted prices of the bundled items and then applies a hidden or confusing discount line that is often missing or not properly displayed in order emails, PDFs, and even the thank-you page.
This results in customers seeing inflated totals, triggering complaints and refund requests due to a perceived overcharge.
It’s also breaking eCommerce tracking and causing order totals to mismatch between GTM and backend.
We’ve already verified:
- It’s not a theme issue.
- It’s not a conflict with email plugins alone.
- The issue stems from how the WPC plugin processes pricing at checkout.
Another developer confirmed this with extensive debugging and has recommended we abandon your plugin due to the inconsistencies in how it handles bundle pricing outside of the cart.
We’ve already followed the suggested settings in WPClever > Product Bundles (e.g. display options, hiding/showing parent item, etc.), but the core problem remains.
This is a serious flaw in your plugin’s integration with WooCommerce core functionality. Simply telling users to “switch plugins” or “try other settings” is not a solution — your plugin needs to display consistent, accurate bundle pricing across all stages of the purchase journey.
Please escalate this issue to your dev team and provide a proper fix or custom code solution. We cannot continue using a plugin that misrepresents pricing at checkout.
I expect a timely resolution — not a workaround or redirection.
Kind regards,
Harvinder
