# Issue with WP 3.7.1

 * hi all
 * i notice something really wrong with 3.7.1
 * when i install a fresh site with 3.7.1, there are many plugin (for my case jQuery
   Vertical Accordion Menu and simple press) which their layout is messed up
 * however, i have other sites with upgraded from older version to 3.7.1 has no 
   issue
 * after much painful troubleshooting, i found out that installing an older wp version
   and later upgrade to 3.7.1 resolve the issue but installing a fresh 3.7.1 create
   havoc
 * anyone else has the same issue?
 * will wordpress resolve this?
 * thanks

 * any if it is not wp core issue, why upgrading from an older wp version to 3.7.1
   is good but installing a fresh 3.7.1 is not working?

 * As I said above, this would appear to be specific to your site(s), so perhaps
   you should check your error logs. Or have a word with your hosts about it.
