Issue with “Woocommerce Porduct Filter”

Hi,

Would it be possible to know why “multiparcels shipping” plugin once activated clashes with “woocommerce product filter” (https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-product-filter/8514038)?
Once multiparcels shipping is activated, the woocommerce product filter plugin stops working.

Any ideas why this might happen?
