    I have noticed an issue with this plugin after upgrading to the latest version of WooCommerce. When a user makes a payment through Klarna it redirects them to the homepage with a hash value on the URL.

    I spotted an error BAD CODE : purchase_country in the logs but this doesn’t seem to show every time.

    Any ideas what this might be?

    I have tried to downgrade to WooCommerce 4.2 as well but the issue remains.

    Please verify that your Klarna account is configured for each currency & purchase country for which your Woo store is configured. For Klarna Payments, each desired country requires specific configuration on the Klarna merchant account.     thanks for your reply.

    We are using Klarna UK only. It was working fine before we switched to WooCommerce 4.3

    It looks like the Woocommerce purchase country is set to UK, but Klarna requires GB based on the documents sent. Have you come across this before?

    What does the error logs say? Anything specific?

    We will check if we can trigger this ourselves in our test store.

    Nothing specific, the BAD CODE seems to refer to a test purchase that is made at the start of every call?

    After a bit more playing around, I found that reverting the plugin back to version 2.0.6, it no longer redirects me to the homepage and appears to be working (although my tests reject my details, in test mode it does submit)

    Could this have something to do with the version of Klarna used?

    Hi,

    You should use the latest plugin version.

    So if you have set the KP plugin in test mode and have the test credentials added in the plugin, you can checkout. Have I understood you correct then?

    But when you use the live credentials in the KP plugin and have unchecked the test mode setting you can not make any purchases? Have I understood you correct then?
