# Issue with dimensions: Bug

 * Since support seems to be less stellar, we just want to let you know about an
   issue with weight:
 * Everything is fine when there is no dimensions entered for the product.
 * Once dimensions is entered, it says “One of the items in your order is too large
   to be shipped to a service point. Search is limited to your selected country.”
   when you select service point, which is wrong, because there is only 1 item with
   dimensions of 1x1x1 cm. cannot be too large.
 * Please check this and clean up this bug. We turn Sendcloud off until this is 
   resolved. Just a headache. Else, it is nice service.

 * We are very sorry to hear that you cannot use Sendcloud at the moment. We are
   happy to help and solve the bug. But we need some more information about the 
   chosen carrier(s) and shipping methods.

   attention integration issue: WooCommerce Servicepoint checker and let us know
   what shipping method and carrier you are using? Or, if you already sent an email,
   let us know what your store name is, that’s registered at Sendcloud?

 * Carriers are dpd, UPS. Neither works. Obviously the service point delivery is
   the shipping method, read the text. It even says so.
 * Just check the issue and resolve the issue. We do not send emails, your support
   does take too long. You need a couple of seconds to check, confirm and then decide
   how to resolve it. It seems you are no IT staff so please forward it. Else, it
   is just a waste of time.

 * Dear ff kk,
 * Thank you for informing us. We have identified the issue. Currently, the use 
   of the dimension checker is only possible for carriers PostNL and DHL. If you
   enable service points for other carriers, the service point picker will not work.
   Therefore we recommend to only use this feature for these two carriers and otherwise
   disable it. We are looking at how we can enable this feature for more carriers
   in the future.
