Issue with tel area when added

Hello

As you can see by the page above, everything else is spread out evenly but when I added ‘Your Number’ filed the text is off and the text box is different. Below is the cotent copied form the form:

[text* your-name placeholder “Your Name”]
[email* your-email placeholder “Your Email”]
[tel* your-tel minlength:11 maxlength:11 placeholder “Your Number”]
[text your-subject placeholder "Subject"]
[textarea your-message placeholder “Your Message”]
[submit “Send”]

Any ideas as to why it isn’t displaying properly please?
