# Issue with subscribe2

 * I am having problems with subscribe2 .. emails are not being sent out.
    I went
   though the faq and troubleshooting but still cant figure it out.
 * I am hosting with godaddy and know email does work since I get emails from the
   wordpress its self.

 * Make sure you are sending from an admin email on your blog that is on the same
   domain as your blog address.
 * So, if your site is example.com, the email must come from [admin@example.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/issue-with-subscribe2/admin@example.com?output_format=md)
   for example, not admin@somewhere_else.com.
 * Also, make sure you are not exceeding the GoDaddy limits for outgoing emails 
   or using external SMTP sites as these are blocked by GoDaddy.

 * Thanks for the reply .. but I created an email [subscribe@example.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/issue-with-subscribe2/subscribe@example.com?output_format=md)..
   and no luck.
    does it have to be [admin@example.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/issue-with-subscribe2/admin@example.com?output_format=md)?

 * That email should be okay, is it assigned to an admin level user on your WordPress
   blog and have you set emails to come from that user in Settings->Subscribe2?
