Hi – I installed your plugin Super Socializer sometime back, but have just tried activating and checking the Social Commenting feature (Please note that I have not enabled the Social Login Feature yet). When I login on my website as the main admin and try to post comments on any posted article, I can only do that as Facebook or Google+ comments (and not just as a logged in user on the website alone). On the other hand, when a user logs in on my website and tries to post comments on any posted article, they are not given the option to post comments via Google+ or Facebook (only allowed to post as logged in website user). Why is this social commenting process different for admin and other users? Also, shouldn’t everyone be allowed to have all 3 options, Social Commenting as a loggedin user, Social commenting via Google+, and Social Commenting Via Facebook? Please help resolve the issue/ confusion. Thanks. AG

    Hi there,

The Social Commenting functionality should be same for every user regardless of their role at your website. If you let us know the webpage url where social commenting is enabled, we can look into the situation.

Thanks Team Heateor for guiding and helping me resolve my issue. As suggested, I cleared the cache and disabled all plugins, and it seemed to resolve the problem. Can’t say which plugin it was in particular, but will let you know if I figure it out.

Great work by the plugin developers, and excellent timely support and help. Keep rocking. Will go and rate it a 5-star straightaway:)

    Best,
    Ambuj
