Hi. The URL is http://prinzsalm.cwdevserver.de/shop. You see the widget of product filter included in the sidebar first point, that is working well. the popup triggers from the metamenu on the top. Trigger link is “Weinfinder”. the group should be closed by default and the price slider is not shown in the popup. thanks for help.

Thank you for providing me the relevant details. I debugged the slider and it is in the HTML code. It’s a custom slider (not a default range input). Most likely, this custom slider is not initialized correctly during page load that’s why it’s not displayed/working inside the Popup.
This should work with Divi Areas Pro, because the Pro plugin has an advanced initialization logic that supports custom modules like that slider. I would recommend you to upgrade to Pro and test it – only deactivate the free + activate the Pro plugin, and it should work.

Hi. Thanks for your reply. Sorry, but no way. For such a small issue I don´t buy a Pro Plugin. I deleted the plugin and fixed it with building a custom popup and everthing works fine now. How ever… I like your plugin and will use it in other contexts. Cheers
