• I am having trouble understanding what exactly needs to be entered into the fields under the ‘Mail’ tab for a Contact Form I have created. For example, by default, the field for ‘Subject’ has [your-subject] in it and if I fill out the form and submit to test it, the email that is set up to receive those emails simply says [your-subject], which doesn’t make sense.

Additionally, in testing this. Every time, the email ends up in the recipients spam folder. The recipient email we are using to receive contact form submissions from the website is a Gmail account.

    Any ideas? Thank you!

Thank you Takayuki. I came across those how to pages but am still a bit confused on the proper tags to use under the ‘Mail’ tab. For example, when I filled out and submitted a test message from the form itself, the recipient I have set up to receive these form submissions received the following email below.

    From: Drew <XXXX.XXXX@gmail.com>
    Subject: [your-subject]

    Message Body:
Please let me know if you got this. I need a kitchen design.

This e-mail was sent from a contact form on Kitchen Ideas (http://kitchendesign.com)

In particular, I need to know how to better display the ‘Subject’ field on the receiving end of the message. It simply saying ‘Subject: [your-subject]’ doesn’t make sense.

I am sure it is something simple and I am overlooking what needs to be done, but any further assistance you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
