# Issue with select form option

 * Hi,
    When I add the select option and someone fills out the form, it does not
   keep the selection in mind. If I look at the form afterwards it shows “select”
   instead of showing the option chosen by the person who registered. How can I 
   fix that issue?
 * Also is there anyway to email the contents of the form on submit?

   For now, there is no way to customize the email.
