• Hi there,

    After validating the API key, every time I input the Consumer Key and Secret, choose the group, and press ‘save’, the settings (Key and Secret) are lost and nothing is saved.

    Can you please check why this happens and whther it is a plugin issue.

  • Hi, I had the same happen to me (also my keys not saving), but managed to resolve it. It was a lot of trial an error, so it may be different for you. But hopefully this helps in some way.

    • updated all plugins and themes
    • deleted the mailerlite developer api key in woocommerce settings
    • deleted the woocommerce rest api details
    • checked in phpmyadmin in the table wp_woocommerce_api_keys to make sure the keys were really gone – it turned out I had a set of keys in there somehow that didn’t show up in the wordpress admin, so I deleted those
    • regenerated the woocommerce rest api keys
    • re-entered the mailerlite developer api key in wocommerce settings
    • saved my changes
    • re-entered the new the woocommerce rest api keys
    • saved changes again

    Now they all saved and they’re visible in the mailerlite woocommerce integration screen.
