# Issue with responsive theme

 * Hi Robert,
    i have an issue in all website where your plug in is installed.
 * In my responsive theme if I’m logged in and i navigate into the website (client/
   visitor side) there is a blank space before the blak bar, this cause me issue
   with mobile menu on responsive website; also very bad to see.
 * If i deactivate your plug in issue is solved.
    Can you fix? Here is a screen:

   with private info.

 * I’m afraid to not see any support.. maybe you are really busy.. but this issue
   cause me problem with mobile theme when an admin is logged in 🙁

 * Sorry but if this issue can’t be fixed i should change the plug in. Is 1 month
   ago when I was asking for fix this bug, issue and no reply and solution was made.
 * Very sad, now I will look for alternate plug in. hope to read in the future an
   update to this topic.

 * I have opened a support request for a bug here [https://webcompat.com/issues/923](https://webcompat.com/issues/923)
   to volunteers to see if i can find a solution. I don’t want leave this plug in.
