    When we refunded to customers, the money will also be debited to customers. So they also have free money on their wallets.

    Thank you for using our plugin.

    In reference to your query, please note that, if any order is refunded then the amount will be credited in the user’s wallet not debited.

    As, in our wallet plugin, if any amount is debited from user’s wallet, then if the order status is marked as “refunded” then the wallet amount will be credited back to user’s wallet.
