I looked into the URL you’ve shared, and reCAPTCHA got loaded in the first load itself when I opened the page in incognito mode. Here’s a screencast for quick reference.
When you have some time, can you please share the browser you’re using so I can test in that specific setup?

It happens in all browsers for me – Firefox, Chrome, The Edge. My client has reported it to me and also I have had others check and they report the same issue. What happens if you don’t open in incognito mode? Will that impact it? I just checked again and no recaptcha box loads. Then if I F5 to refresh, it then appears bottom right.

I opened the page incognito to avoid any possibility of caching. I inspected the page on other browsers and it seems to be working fine for me and reCAPTCHA is working as expected. Screencast

Thanks. The issue ended up being the theme settings relating to ‘fading in’ animation on the pages stopping the captcha from loading. All is now operating correctly.
