Firstly, I want to express my gratitude for the fantastic plugin you’ve provided, which has greatly enhanced the user experience on our e-commerce website. * Recently, I attempted to add a new product with similar functionality by duplicating an existing one that worked seamlessly with your plugin. However, this time, I encountered an issue. Each time I modify the images, product name, and other details, and then publish the page, the plugin seems to forget everything and removes all the previously uploaded images, or sometimes half of them. It appears as though the plugin is unable to save the new changes. I’ve tried using various image formats, but the problem persists. I’m unsure of the source of this issue. * It’s important to note that your plugin continues to work flawlessly for several products that were uploaded a month or more ago. When adding a new product, if the data exceeds this limit, the server might not save all the changes you make, like images and product details. * To fix this, you can increase the `max_input_vars` value in your server’s PHP configuration (`php.ini`). I’d like to share that instead of going with existing products and duplicating them while changing the images for different variants, I attempted creating a new product from scratch, and it worked well. The issue is that this process takes about two hours, as I have to input all the information from scratch, with a significant risk of making errors. Consequently, I would like to go back to the duplication method, even though it’s currently not working. * With this information, do you think you might know where the problem is coming from and how to resolve it?
