Issue with plugin “Broken Links checker”

    Please make sure that , the publishing on edit is set to No
    (Auto publish on editing posts/pages/custom post types is set to Disabled at settings).
    The plugin trigger auto publish on transition_post_status hook.
    If you set edit permission disabled then the post will not auto post to Social media(unless you override the metabox settings at post edit page).

    Hello Anjali,

    Thank you for your help.

    I uncheck this option, but sometimes SMAP publish anyways.

    I see two options in database, table “wp_postmeta” :

    • xyz_smap
    • xyz_smap_insert_og

      • Can you explain the purpose of each option ?
      I would set this to avoid publication of old posts when Broken Links Checker edit the post.

      Maybe a software evolution of your plugin in the future ? 🙂
