# Issue with Plugin

 * The plugin shows on my end that it is experiencing some issues ever since the
   new update of WordPress was released. The restriction no longer works and all
   customers are seeing the same product and price which should not be since the
   restrictions are set so that is not the case.
 * Everything was working fine until WordPress released the new update. It seems
   that you guys have not released an update that is compatible with this version
   of WordPress as yet. Is there any way this can be rectified?

    We can’t 
   replicate any issue. Maybe, there is a conflicted issue try to deactivate all
   plugins except the CBR and WooCommerce plugin and check it again. And, let me

 * Hello,
 * Unfortunately, that did not work. However, I have noticed that when I go to the
   website in the incognito mode it does work and the correct settings are applied.
 * Any thoughts?

   is a cache issue, try cache clear(website, browser) and check it again. Thanks
