Issue with picture sizing after upgrade to v3.8

Hi, we just upgraded to v3.8. After doing so, the sizing of our images has become a problem and also spacing between images is also a problem. These problems are only happening in IE and firefox. Sizing is still ok in chrome and safari.

In our wordpress media settings we have the maximum picture size for large set to 610 x 610. This was all working fine before the upgrade but now there is a problem.

The second problem is spacing after each image. Notice in this link: http://thelittlegreenhouse.net/2014/01/13/roasted-chestnuts-also-known-as-the-best-vegan-street-food-in-spain/ after each image there is a lot of white spacing even though there are no paragraph spaces here in the edit mode. Again, this wasn’t an issue until after we did the upgrade.
